The premiere online CTE curriculum development program you have come to know now provides you a full
support and training plan.
CTE agencies wanting to receive direct support with their integration of CTE Online, are asked to first sign-up for the sequence of Tier 1 and 2, with Tier 3 as an optional follow-up.
- Tier 1, (2 Hours) Leadership Training on Course Outlines and CTE Standards for
5 - 15 Leadership Personnel
& - Tier 2, (6.5 Hours) Instructional Staff Training on Unit Planning and CTE Standards for
no less than 25 Instructional Personnel
- Tier 3, (6.5 Hours) Instructional Staff Training on Lesson Planning and Academic Standards Integration for no less than 25 Instructional Personnel

| Activity and primary objectives | We will guide you in entering existing course outlines including all required elements and framing out major units of instruction and prepare for direct work with staff. | Access the prepared course outlines and add unit plans, content, and competencies while aligning to CTE standards. | Develop complete lesson plans aligned with CTE and academic standards. Two lessons completed during training and three as follow-up with online support. |
| Outcomes | Provide leaders an overview of CTE standards structure and the methods we will use to work with staff to fully integrate standards into their units of instruction. | Course Outlines- Instructional staff receive a comprehensive introduction to CTE Standards and Skills and fully align each unit in their course. Additionally, they compare their competencies to those applied in current industry. |
Lesson Plans- Document precise Academic Standards and Skills being reinforced in daily instruction and explore effective teaching strategies for the classroom. |
