New Accounts

Q: How do I create an account on CTE Online?
A: Click on the Request Account link at the top of the home page. For more information, visit Getting an Account.
Q: What is my registration code?
A: A registration code is not required to create an account on CTE Online. If you were given a registration code you may enter it in the designated field. Continue to the next step if you did not receive a registration code.
Q: I accidentally selected the wrong institution when I registered for an account. How do I change it?
A: You may change your institution in your CTE Online user profile. Visit your profile and edit your current position and institution.
Q: I forgot my username.
A: Please contact webmaster@cteonline.org for assistance.
Q: I forgot my password.
A: Visit the recover password page to reset your password.
Q: My institution is not listed, what should I do?
A: If your institution does not appear on the list, please contact webmaster@cteonline.org.

My Dashboard

Q: How do I add/remove items on my Dashboard?
A: You can add/remove items on your Dashboard by clicking on the Manage Dashboard link in the upper left corner of your homepage.
Q: How do I revert back to the default dashboard settings?
A: Clicking on the Manage Dashboard link in the upper left corner of your homepage. Click the “Reset Dashboard to Original” button.
