Part of Lesson Plan: Loading a Gel
Activity Overview / Details
At a common lab station I will have my own practice gel set up. When students are comfortable loading gels they will come to the common lab station and show me that they can succesfully load a well. If they are succesful and demonstrate correct technique they receive a stamp on their lab worksheet.
