The transition will use the key word ‘prize.’ The instructor will say: ‘Now that it is 2010 and everyone has the opportunity to not only work but to win the prize, let’s see what we can do to create a nucleotide using only the same knowledge the scientists used.’ The power point presentation should now go to the next slide. This slide sounds out the word ‘nucleotide.’ Everyone in the class will repeat the word verbally so they are comfortable with the word and will reinforce the word ‘nucleotide’ as they are attempting to build one.
