Activity Overview / Details
It is imperative before doing this lab you contact your administrators and local fire department to determine if and how you can perform this next activity at your school site. Additionally, your school or district's fire extinguisher service company most likely will provide a certified staff member to come out and perform the next activity with you and your students as part of their regular ongoing contract. In many instances, there are also funds for this activity (training) available from your district's insurance company. Let's take a look at how this is typically set up for the students.
