Unit Overview / Details
Students will use the most frequently used conventional drawing
equipment. They will demonstrate the proper use of
scales and learn to read precision measurement instruments.
Students will be able to define the most frequently
terms in geometric nomenclaltue and properly apply the
elemental principles of geometric construction.

Lessons in this Unit
This lesson is designed to be used after students have be taught how to draw 3 to 10 sided geometric shapes. Student will draw a front view of a castle using several geometric shapes.
- 1 class period
- 2 Hours
Students will draw 4 geometric designs with a bow compass.
- 1 class period
- 58 Minutes
