This may be a semi-formal assessment.  Students will turn in their work at the end of this assignment.

1. Hand out a new telephone message to the students.

2.  Have the student with the colored index card place their call to the number on the back of the card

3.  Have the student document the message (tell them to raise their hands if they need clarification)

4.  If a student request a clarification they must do so in an appropriate professional manner.
