Make sure that the video clip is cued before the class begins and start it once the class has begun and students are seated. The time required for this video is 28 seconds, but it is engaging in that it is an professional female athlete during a real game and there is a closeup of the ankle evaluation. After the video finishes ask them, "Did you see what happend to the woman? It was pretty quick and if we blinked or turned our head for a second, we would miss how whe was injured. But now,how do we know what to do for her? We have looked at specific foot/ankle injuries, now we will learn how to assess these injuries using a method called H.O.P.S. "
