Have students vote thumbs up/down to agree/disagree with statements pertaining to the rules/ procedures:

You can use more than one hundred straws. (Thumbs down)

You can cut the straws. (Thumbs up)

A small cup has to be able to sit on your bridge. (Thumbs up)

You can leave a big mess on the floor. (Thumbs way down)

Answer any questions that arise pertaining to the challenge rules or procedures.
