Activity Overview / Details

After demonstration,  hand out the rest of the supplies to the students. Have students select and put on appropriate size gloves, walk them through withdrawing the medication from vial administering the sodium cloride or sterile water solution in the hotdogs.

At this time, instructor should walk around the room checking for understanding, efficacy and safety from all students. 

After student have performed skin test, ask them to document using the attached TB skin test certificate.
