Hook: Do you always need a reward for doing what you are asked? (You tube video of bus driver wrecking while texting) All I wanted you to do is drive the bus… and you couldn’t even do that. It's not about how MUCH you can do at work, but how WELL you do it.
Students will watch the video at least two times so that they see and hear what really happened. Then move into the lecture. (Watch the guy in the wheelchair).
