Students will compare video one and two and identify important steps of sterile transfer techniques using a graphic organizer.
Q1: Can you list all the lab tools you see in the videos? Use provided pictures as a reference.
Q2: Can you identify examples of aseptic technique in the video? Give me two examples.
Q3: Can you list basic steps "broth to broth" sterile transfer?
Q4: Can you list basic steps "broth to plate" sterile transfer?
Teacher will check student answers during class discussion. Class will construct a graphic organizer on a board.
