The last 5 minutes of the class, get the kids back together and tell them that they will be filming their videos for the next 3 days of class.  Ask if anyone has filmed anything they want to show the class (have your computer and LCD projector ready with the appropriate video cable in case someone volunteers).  If no one wants to volunteer, have a funny 3-minute video ready to show them.  I like to show them part of one of the videos that my Biotech students did the year before; usually something that was not very good, so I can tell them "You see, I know you can do better than THAT".  Alternately, I sometimes show a particularly good section as a good example.  It depends on the personality of the class... you'll know by the end of the year!
