Activity Overview / Details
Ask student to write down what they have had to eat, this should include a minimum of a 24 hour period. After students have written their food down, ask them to interpret their diet. Do they think it is healthy, fatty, lacking nutrients ect. Next allow students to create a profile online, and have them begin to enter their food items. This website will interpret the students' diets, giving them an idea of what they need to cut back, and what they need to increase.
