Activity Overview / Details
Students will see a step by step demonstration of preparing
smears of bacteria from liquid media and how to perform Gram Stain.
Great as an anticipatory before students write a step by
step instructions into their lab books. It can be also used as a
review (check for understanding) or a modeling activity before the
lab.
