Activity Overview / Details

Depending upon class size, place students in groups of 4-5.

Assign each group 3-4 key terms.

Explain that they are to develop a short skit/visual presentation, should not be longer than 2-3 minutes long per term, that they will perform or present in front of the class. The skit should make it clear what term they are presenting and the class will guess what key term the group acted out. Each member of the group must participate. They will earn 0-5 points per term assigned.

Hand out rubric.

Allow students 10-15 minutes to develop and collaborate on their presentations. The amount of time allotted will dependent upon class size and number of terms assigned to each group. The fewer students there are, the more terms assigned to each group, the more time will be required to develop a skit/visual presentation.
