Part of Lesson Plan: Researching Biotechnology Companies for the Purpose of Investment

Activity Overview / Details

As students are working on the assignment I move around the classroom answering questions.  Some issues that arise are students will have trouble navigating Biotech company website.  I explain to them that each company will have different ways of showing their information.  I give the example that one company may call them goals, another mission statement, another credo, another vision.  The company is giving you an idea of what that company stands for. 

I have also attached an example of what the student should complete.  I have them put this in their notebook and I go around and stamp for completion.
