Signs of Cultural Barriers
Part of Lesson Plan: Cultural Impact on Health Care
Activity Overview / Details
The students will work in small groups of 4-5 students and use their notes. Each group will be given the attached Worksheet on 5 signs of Cultural Barriers. The groups will then describe a possible Cultural Barrier/Scenario for each of the 5 signs of Cultural Barriers. The Worksheet will have an example scenario for each Cultural Barrier. At the end of this activity, each group will share out the scenarios they developed.
