Activity Overview / Details

This activity is designed to give students the opportunity to apply the information learned in the lecture.  I have asked the students measure various items in the shop and classroom.  Prior to this activity, I will tag each item to be measured with a number that is written large enough that students will be able to easily locate them.  I use the same items and numbers for the area and volume activity, changing the question to achieve the goal and objectives of that activity.
