Part of Lesson Plan: Casting: Putting on, caring for, and removing a cast.

Activity Overview / Details

Given a hand-out on  "how to care for a cast", students copy it  onto a cast. The list should include: "Keep it dry (use a plastic bag when bathing), do not scratch inside the cast,  call the office if it gets soggy or smells bad."

They can also decorate the cast using markers.

When finished, students show the teacher for evaluation.
