After completing this unit, the students will be able to define the personal skills needed in a successful marketing position, as well as, the interpersonal skills that are needed to deal with the relationships between marketing employees and their customers.

Lessons in this Unit

  • This lesson will review the basics of selling a product to customers through real-life experience.   The student will learn the techniques to successfully marketing products to customers and be able to demonstrate these skills themselves.

  • Communication is a necessary skill for business, marketing, and sales, as well as for life and any career someone chooses to be in.  This lesson covers basic communication skills needed to express ideas and thoughts by speech as well as in writing.
