Students are to create an Accounting Glossary.  Have them create a table in Excel with 2 columns.  Column 1 heading is Key Terms or Vocab. Column 2 heading is Definitions. Have students add key terms with definitions from this lesson. They can look up the definitions online or in a dictionary. See the example of the spreadsheet.
