Part of Lesson Plan: Creating Your Business Plan
Activity Overview / Details
Once the final plan is developed and consolidated, distribute copies to the entire class. Have the class do a final read through and sign-up for the execution of their responsibilities.
Major business goals should be assigned to business unit managers, and these managers then assign more specific responsibilities to the staff in the form of job descriptions. Managers, with the assistance of the HR group, can use the “ Employee Goal Setting” lesson as a follow-up.
