Students watch the Berlin chase scene of the Bourne Supremacy - about 4 mins. When finished ask what they noticed. Try to lead the discussion into the pace of the editing (faster as the action picks up and slows down when he's "safe"), maintaining of screen direction during chase. It also might be worth mentioning how when action moves from right to left it  can make the viewer feel uncomfortable and/or create tension (villains often move right to left in opposition of the good guy). It's easy to follow action from left to right because that's how we read.
