How Many Mistakes Can You Find?
Part of Lesson Plan: Get Your Geek Out
Activity Overview / Details
Show the video (helps to put it on a loop as students watch the first time for the jokes) and have the students write down all the customer service mistakes they can find.
After playing the video 4-5 times, stop the video and discuss the problems they found. You could also play the video for short sections, stop it and discuss the few mistakes they saw and how they could be corrected, then play the next section of the video, pause, discuss, and so forth.
