Part of Lesson Plan: Crime Scene Investigation Overview
Activity Overview / Details
Present the class with a crime that was committed. Stage a robbery or theft in which an important classroom item is stolen. Start a disturbance which distracts students. Then, recruit the students to help solve the mystery by splitting into groups and conducting experiments on clues left at the crime scene. Make sure the item was visible at the beginning of the class and could easily be missed.
