Continue to discuss the importance of saving your scanned files. 

Define the four steps in using a scanner - Plan, Scan, Edit, Save (See page one of Guide to Scanning for details).

Explain to the class the importance of planning what web page project  thier scanned objects or images are for and where their scanned objects or images will be placed.

Express to the students that you can scan a lot of pictures and images. Tell them, "You may not use all of the images you scan, however they may be useful in another project." Restate "The process of planning is not only important for the current project, but also how you save your files. When saving your files, label them with a name you will understand and remember at a later time."
