Activity Overview / Details
Color Range
1. Have students review their images that they have saved for their digital composite project.
2. Open an image of a vehicle or equipment.
3. Use the Color Range Command select the image and delete the background.
4. Click copy, open your background image, and paste on new layer.
5. Click the Edit Menu, select Transform and Scale.
6. Scale image to fit proportionate to other objects on your background.
7. Select the Move Tool on the Tools Panel and move to chosen location.
8. Name new layer.
9. Save you image with new file name.
