Activity Overview / Details
In this demonstratin, the instructor or an assistant will demonstrate the propper way to climb the ladder. Be sure to emphasize the following points:
- Propper PPE
- "Ladder Footed"
- Climbing angle @ 45°
- Hand placement
- Foot placement
- Face forward and occasionally look up
- Alternat hands and feet
- Hand placement when carying tools
- Using leg muscles to climb
