Part of Lesson Plan: Proper Ladder Climbing techniques
Activity Overview / Details
While independent practice is encouraged, it should always be done with proper supervision. An Instructor must always be present. Ensure that all steps and techniques are being performed properly. Bad habits can begin to develop if students don't adhere to the proper technique they have been taught.
Students will practice climbing and footing the ladder. Students will verbalize their steps as they are performing them. Students will give feedback and instruction to each other in order to assure all actions are performed safely and properly.”
