To teach the vocabulary terms, you can show this PowerPoint to the students.  It's helpful for students to see pictures of each term.  This works especially well if you have a large class. You might want to have your students take notes during the presentation, it helps to keep their attention and stay focused on what you are saying.

An alternative to showing the PowerPoint is to open a computer and have students stand around while you pull out each part and explain what it is and how it works. (see vocabulary list)  You can make a big show, like a doctor doing an autopsy, like you are dissecting the computer and removing its parts. (this works great if you have a lot of male students in your class, and you really play up your part, like you are a mad scientist or something)  Have fun, it makes it more interesting for the students.
