Activity Overview / Details

Have lab teams come to the front table and gather the materials they will need for the lab.

Hand out rubric to the lab teams and ask if students have any questions.

Instruct students that by the end of the period they should be able to divide the agar into quarters and label their petri dishes.
Allow students to do this for the rest of the period and then instruct to clean up.
