Lecture and project. Discuss the hierarchy of business and the different types of organizational management. Discuss departments and the roles of different departments and why departments might share resources, even human resources. Draw connecting lines to shared resources and same level management. Show the students the example and discuss the sample and do a sample organizational chart on the board (of the class or your school administration)
