This section tends to be one of the hardest for young people. Either they do not have much experience, or discount what experience they do have.
If this is a ROP class, ask students what kind of experience they have had at their internships, describe using action terms. Make a list on the board. If this is hard for them, give them some suggestions, ie-balanced till with no errors, welded bead with control, etc.
Give them a model for this area. One way to do this is the following, (you may show them other ways also)

Duties: Excellent customer service (awarded top sales person August 2011), balanced till with 100% accuracy, processed new shipment, trained new ROP students
Another area for brainstorming would be:
Skills: Word Processing, Excel, CPR/First Aid, ServeSafe, xxxxx accreditation, etc
Second language is huge here, note if fluent in English and ________ both written and oral is applicable. Example
References should not be their best bros, they need to be adults who know about their character and work ethic.
