Activity Overview / Details

Meet with each student individually to discuss their evaluation.  Make it official by discussing each of their responses with your expectations and desires for their improvement.  It is also a good time to reinforce self esteem for those students that feel they offer little.  I have found that students grade themselves harshly.  I discuss how their grade is better than their perception and provide my own examples.
