The lessons in this unit include familiarizing all students with shop procedures, equipment locations, work ethics, State laws and regulations for automotive shops, proper record keeping, safety equipment locations, and proper and handling of safety equipment.

  • Trw's Active Safety Systems help drivers maintain control over a wide range of challenging driving situations, blending a broad range of braking, steering and suspension technologies to enhance vehicle control and help make the driving experience safer.

  • The Weekly Log Sheet is designed to keep track of student activities and expose students to workplace expectations of communicating activities they have completed during the week.  Easy to grade and easy to fill out, it trains students to be organized and communicates with the teacher what work has been completed.

    In addition, writing skills and organization skills are reinforced.

    Like a time card, the use of a time clock makes this seem more like industry.
