Activity Overview / Details

During the Shop/ Lab portion of this lesson, the students will be given a list with 16 items and will be instructed to go on a scavenger hunt to find the items. After the students have completed this portion they will be given an instruction sheet on tasks to complete: testing the proper operation of the cooling fans, thermostat opening temperature, coolant flow through the radiator using a digital pyrometer. Students will then use AllData to find test and repair procedures.
