Students today have a tough time maintaining their weight and eating properly. We are going to teach you how to do both as it is easier than you think. Keep a realistic mindset when it comes to eating and exercising and these changes will lead to big results.

Introduction

Key concepts in this lesson (2 of 4) are knowing your own hunger cues.  Students will come to realize that breakfast eaters usually have healthy weight and more energy.  Students will use Microsoft Office products to learn about "BMI", "meal plans", and targeting blood sugars so as to stay healthy.
