CO2 Car Design

Introduction

This lesson is the first part of a comprehensive CO2 Car unit. This lesson will walk through the design process of a CO2 car. This lesson highlights the design process, aerodynamics and mechanical drafting. Follow-up materials are included that can be used by an instructor to design further lessons in this unit. The follow-up lessons should include: building procedure, safety and use of band saw, drill press & sander as well as proper finishing techniques.
