DNA Origami

Introduction

This lesson is designed to give students in their introductory course in biotechnology basic information on DNA, its parts and how it looks. At the end of the 57 minute period, the students would have identified the different parts of the DNA, the nitrogen base-pairings and have produced a paper model of it.
