Egg Development & Evaluation Lesson (CTE)


This lesson includes the stages of egg development, parts of an egg and a candling lab.


This lesson is part 4 of 4 in the animal science portion of the chicken co-op project. In this lesson, students will identify the parts of an egg, and then evaluate eggs based on external and internal characteristics and select the class of egg for a variety of eggs via a candling lab.
