Introduction

This 2 Day lesson plan will teach students how to make a restaurant quality French rolled omelet and clarified butter.

On Day 1 the students will have hands-on making clarified butter; mise their omelets ingredients; observe a demo and or videos on making French Rolled Omelets.

On Day 2 the students will have hands-on making their individual French Rolled Omelets and be assessed on their omelet.

THIS lesson plan is for DAY 1 .
