Get Your Geek Out



Students will learn skills relating to providing excellent customer service and professional behavior when servicing computers. Students will do this learning through demonstration of what is "bad" service, in order to understand what is acceptable behavior. Customer service and professionalism is now part of the A+ certification exam.
