Grafting Practice

by

Lesson 3 is hands on practice of grafting in the classroom. Prior to this lesson students have learned about the importance of grafting and seen in video, ppt, and/or demo the different grafts.

Introduction

This is practice time!

The teacher should have extra scions for practice. I would suggest you take scions off of the trees that you are going to graft to and use these for practice. Students will not be grafting onto rootstock yet.

Note: This is a 2 day lesson.
