This project is great for beginning welding/metal shop students. The students will learn and use many hand tools and machines, as well as layout and fabrication skills.

  • Use welding tools and equipment, such as MIG, TIG, arc, forge and furnace, to combine or join manufactured parts and products, resulting in a finished product that meets the standards of the American Welding Society or a similar industry.
