Leadership In Action

Introduction

Students will review the four main styles of leadership: Autocratic, Democratic, Free-Rein (Hands-Off) and Self-Managed Teams. They will investigate the advantages and disadvantages of each style, common characteristics of leaders and determine which type(s) are best suited for each individual students.
