Lesson 2: Creating Geometry

by

Introduction

In this lesson, students will create extrusions, revolutions, sweeps, and blends in the process of making a Revit Family. Attention will be focused on utilizing reference planes as a "controller" of the geometry...a necessary function to make the Revit Family modifyable in the BIM model. Students will understand the importance of "Flexing the Model" as they progress through the construction of the family.
