Lesson 3: Missing Lines/Views

by

Introduction

In the lesson, students will develop an understanding of line and surface identification and develop visualization skills by applying these techniques. This will help them in projecting points and surfaces from one view to another.

You can do some examples of the provided exercises on the board or use your computer drawing program. Microsoft Paint even works to demonstrate sketching skills. After students have studied your examples pass out the attached handouts and have students complete them. You may have to demonstrate some of the more difficult drawings on the board to assist them.
