Lesson 4: Culminating Lesson: Wright Window Project

Introduction

In this final lesson, student will finish a project.

  • Students will receive an entry document (see resources and materials). This document will define
    • The project client and their problem
    • The project requirement
    • The math requirements
    • The CAD requirements
    • The Product requirement - a scale model*
  • Students will receive a rubric (see resources and materials) outlining how they will graded and manner of presentation as well as the content in their presentation (See Attachments of this Unit)

*This project is designed with the use of a laser engraver to cut the pieces of the scale model. An alternate product could be a 3D model of a house/structure with their window designs on it.
