Make a Hero: Create A Game Using Your Favorite Sprite Character



In this lesson, students will use the scratch programming language to create a game and animate their favorite scratch character to perform a dance. Students will use programming constructs and methodologies in their design, including learning about such topics as algorithms, abstraction. They will also learn to use variables, operators, conditional statements, looping statements, procedures, error-handling and debugging, object-oriented programming techniques, user interface design, and software modeling.
